This Privacy Policy explains how LeoLink (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information through our LeoLink operations platform and our recruitment process. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in line with applicable data-protection laws in Israel.
Information we collect
- Identity & contact details — name, email, phone, date of birth and nationality.
- Employment & document data — job role, passport, visa, work permit and driving-licence details and expiry dates.
- Operational data — assignments, shifts, attendance, leave, accommodation and transport records.
- Account data — login credentials and activity needed to operate the platform securely.
How we use it
- To recruit, deploy and manage workers across client projects.
- To schedule shifts, manage leave, housing and transport, and support payroll.
- To track document validity and send compliance and expiry reminders.
- To communicate important operational updates (in-app, email or messaging).
Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We share information only where necessary — with the client organisations a worker is assigned to, with service providers that help us operate the platform, and with government or regulatory authorities where required by law.
Data security & retention
Access to the platform is restricted, transmitted over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and protected by role-based permissions. We retain personal data only for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and contractual obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
